Insurance Information

While payment is expected at the time of service, we will submit your dental insurance to your insurance carrier for your reimbursement. If you are receiving treatment from our dental professionals participating with dental insurance, we will inform you of any co-payments and fees you may incur prior to rendering treatment. Our highly competent staff will make every attempt to provide you with information regarding your individual dental plan. If we don’t have the answer to your questions or concerns, we will make every effort possible to find the information for you.
