The dental professionals in our Orthodontic Department specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of dental malocclusions resulting from tooth irregularities, jaw discrepancies or both.  Orthodontists typically train an additional two to three years, following dental school, in an accredited orthodontic specialty program to earn a post-graduate certificate.  While in training, they learn everything possible about the living architecture of the human jaw and the teeth that inhabit it.
